PORT ELGIN KITCHEN REDO

"I was pulling everything out of my small pantry to reach an item I needed at the back … I’m pretty certain that I mumbled a swear word from under my breath. No matter how organized I was, my kitchen was a struggle. So began my search for inspiration photos. Believe me … it was overwhelming!

It was then that I approached Nanette Tennyson, from Home Installs. She not only saw my vision…she heard it, too. It’s true that angels do exist! Nanette turned my small dysfunctional kitchen into a small but mighty one, all the while, staying within the original footprint.

A big shout out to Bob Glover, Cory Masterson and Jake Kloosterhof, for all their brawn, patience and humour. Being only 5’2”-ish myself, Bob and Jake didn’t even require a ladder to do the work. They are definitely people I look up to … pun intended!

It has been a pleasant journey from start to finish. Now everything is in its place and there’s a place for everything. And Roger loves it too! Possibly because I’m no longer swearing in the kitchen." - Debb & Roger.
